one weeks holiday in lake Garda Astrally 22.3.22

 This was what happened to me last night (20.3.22).


I went to bed early feeling incredibly tired. Gary was at work late at the restaurant.

Astral projection is easy for me whether I am asleep or awake.

Well my darling spirit husband had quisk me of to what looked like a cruise.

I could see myself standing with Gary on the deck of this ship somewhere in the middle of a huge lake surrounded by what are mountains.

To my surprise we are in the great lake Garda Northern Italy surrounded by mountains.

I remember visiting there before it is such a wonderful place to visit.

Peace tranquility and just myself and Gary, it was strange I could not see anyone else around just us two staring at the crystal clear lake water.

As I know it was an astral travel during my time asleep I was taken to see my grandparents in law, Gary's nonna and nonno, they live in the Lombardy region of North Italy.

So to me I spent a whole week cruising on a ship with my husband while I was asleep for a few hours.

I suppose it's true time flashes by on the astral plane and here on the earth plane it drags.

When I awoke this morning I felt completely exhausted as if I hadn't had any sleep at all which to me is weird.

Am I so blessed to be allowed to visit this astral plane and remember everything that had happened but in my conscious mind there will be no recollection of it but in my subconscious mind I will remember.

The Rain Calling – By Gary Paul Costello and Debra Evelyn Costello

Hello readers. Now, here are two interpretations of what happened today, Earthside 29.8.2025. I had popped out to see the girls at the doctor's surgery to give some birthday cake (carrot and walnut cake). With cheese icing on the top, yes, Gary had celebrated his 61st birthday on the 27.8.25, and with great joy, I made him a cake, earthside and spirit side.  I took two slices down to Lisa and Ami, the receptionists and friends of mine.  Indeed, I had shown them videos of the daft sod dumping me in that drift of snow in my white underwear, he called me a ''daft woman". When I left my house, it was spitting with rain, which wasn't too bad. I don't really care about rain; it's cleansing for the soul. After I left the doctor's surgery and said goodbye to the girls, I walked back home, not knowing it was getting heavier and heavier with rain,  The storm clouds opened with a crash of thunder, and the heavens opened up. long time no speak

Hello Readers Long time no hear, sorry I haven't been online recently but I have been trying to deal with mental health issues and also my health has deteriorated. Gary is around me more and it is more prominent with his visits. During the day I am living in the now which is sort of a living walking nightmare but I am continuing this journey. I have my actual exit date and I know how I will go home  My brother is now up here since moving from the dreaded homeless hostel he was in. A new job for him and a fresh start. Since he has been up here he has become more spiritual himself and he smells spirit and feels them. My dad has been visiting so has our two grandfathers one smoked old hoborn tobacco and the other smoked a cherry tobacco using his pipe. Since the last time I was on here I have received a number of spiritual gifts and signs.
