Experience of the pure love I have with Gary it is a beautiful feeling when you are truly blessed and touched by a loved one who has crossed to the astral plane.
Gary continues to grow stronger and more loving everyday I am here on the earth plane until it is my time to go home which as you know isn't long.

This is a conversation I had with my friend Tammi via text message.
Was feeling very low yesterday not my usual self very depressed and in pain due to hip displacement and sciatica pain running up and down my leg and lower back.
Gary could feel my pain and sadness, he kept saying I'm sorry which did not help the situation either.
I know he came home as he wanted to intimately connected with me so he made love to me like he was when he was alive.
Enough said.
Went to bed as usual with the smell of cheesy feet and hug if ice.
Woke this morning feeling better.
Text message went like this.
Went to B&M to get some bird food and big planter for my wild flower seeds that will turn into beautiful wild
flowers. Feeling much better today. Gary was intimate last night before I went to bed.
He says it gives him the energy and love he needs, and it makes me feel whole. In the afternoon/evening, I felt him touch me(icy cold loving feeling) and I could smell coffee around me at that time I was looking at purchasing 1kg bag of coffee beans, Gary had been looking at what I was doing and automatically made the room smell of coffee to cheer me up.
Also he has been helping me with my language learning on Duolingo app.
Oh he is my sweetie.
Tammi had mentioned about a visit we had experienced from Gary in the shop she works in.
It was hilarious when he appeared to her and heard him say (Ayup uz duk) you know my lingo. Tammi could see him in his orange dress singing and doing the actions to YMCA.
Now to me that was amazing verifications from Gary, if you have read my book that is how I first met him.
See Tammi didn't know any of this so how would she know about the orange dress and YMCA song, unless she had read my book.
I think when he said you know my lingo. It was to do with Yorkshire slang and Italian. The smell of roasted coffee was beautiful yesterday, he asked me to shut my eyes, so I shut my eyes, I could feel his hands reach inside my t-shirt and pull out my crystal cage , with my eyes shut I could feel him touch it,
A strange buzzing feeling but it was wonderful. I could hear him speak to me saying how much he loves. I feel better today thanks to Gary.
