beautiful day 💖

Had a beautiful day today spiritually and physically.
The presence of family around me my mother's mother Nana came and popped in to say hello told me truthfully my mother is on the other side.
My aunt popped in didn't say much but sensed her presence.
But best of all with the help of my lovely natural medium friend Tammi, she could see my husband Gary funny enough he is always there lol .. 
To my surprise there sitting on the floor was my youngest daughter playing with toys singing lalalala. I could hear her singing and laughing.
Then my whole body went icy frozen cold as I felt my daughter climb onto my lap and proceeded to play with my face, I could feel her touch my chin with tickling sensations.then she stuck a finger up my nose, I am sure she was trying to make me sneeze. But best of all she was saying  MUMMY MUMMY I LOVE YOU MUMMY, now what more can you want to actually know the baby you gave birth too on the astral plane in the huge astral hospital last year is now a little girl.of four. I can't believe she is real, Tammi could see her she was saying she is real I can see her she has brown short hair and looks like both of us.
The funniest part of the visit was hearing Gary and then my eldest daughter Ellie saying Debbie Debbie Debbie which was to my daughter on my lap laughing while my daughter proceeded to stick her finger up my nose again and this time make me sneeze.
Even though I was icy cold it was the most beautiful feeling to be hugged by a little girl in spirit, my little girl. Happiness to know I have a family that loves me.
Ellie came to pick up her younger sister and take her home.
Gary stayed for a while confirming everything was not our imaginations what we heard was correct.
There were a few things I wasn't permitted to hear that was said to Tammi in private about a certain event.
So after a tearful yesterday and the day before being my wedding anniversary on the 6th and promised a suprise of some description.
I managed to astral travel to Venice where I was helped onto a Gondola a big white one with two men dressed in white trousers, black and white striped tops and white hats. A huge checkered red and white picnic cloth with lots of food. Gary wearing black.
I don't remember anything else as I felt very disheartened.and cried because I could remember my anniversary surprise from Gary for 17 years of marriage to him.
Well at least I do remember waking up with my hip popped out of my socket and in agony all day. Well I did have to climb down onto the gondola.

Happiness is knowing you love forever and you do not die.

The Rain Calling – By Gary Paul Costello and Debra Evelyn Costello

Hello readers. Now, here are two interpretations of what happened today, Earthside 29.8.2025. I had popped out to see the girls at the doctor's surgery to give some birthday cake (carrot and walnut cake). With cheese icing on the top, yes, Gary had celebrated his 61st birthday on the 27.8.25, and with great joy, I made him a cake, earthside and spirit side.  I took two slices down to Lisa and Ami, the receptionists and friends of mine.  Indeed, I had shown them videos of the daft sod dumping me in that drift of snow in my white underwear, he called me a ''daft woman". When I left my house, it was spitting with rain, which wasn't too bad. I don't really care about rain; it's cleansing for the soul. After I left the doctor's surgery and said goodbye to the girls, I walked back home, not knowing it was getting heavier and heavier with rain,  The storm clouds opened with a crash of thunder, and the heavens opened up. Afternoon earth side, I astrally visit Florence Italy spirit side fully awake.

yes this image is ai generated but that is exactly what I am wearing now and it kind of freaky. My hair is the same and that is ME and Gary.  The afternoon I Sat Beside Him as I am awake earth side. It's difficult to explain what I do but I seem to have a knack of leaving my body and spend time during my waking hours with Gary and my kids, exhausting myself earthside. Yes I have a duo life. The time was 3.58pm British time  yes it had been a cloudy day here,  l  as if one breath led straight into another across the veil. I found myself back in our bedroom, Florence time. He was already there, stretched out across the sage green sheets, fresh from the shower. His hair was damp, sun-bleached ginger catching the low light, his chest rising and falling as if he breathed for us both. Which he does.
