Visit to Mal'brega Arizona.

Was taken to mal'brega 5d 🌍 earth, Arizona in USA.
Found myself sitting in a cafe/diner with unexpectedly Cyrus obviously been invited which I was kinda worried about because of what had happened to the Facebook afterlife and metaphysics group. I think Cyrus was trying to reach out to me, but in a nice way.
Cyrus myself and Gary were sitting in this American cafe/diner with what looked like these amazing white tables with some kind of computer that is so thin and powerful underneath and screen on top of the table which was flat so you looked down on it.
We all had coffee to drink as well as, doughnuts to snack on, we were discussing the shift and how it was progressing 
On this screen you could see the 4d 🌍 earth (yes, our earth) and on the earth was very tiny people walking around the face of the earth 🌍. 
It was explained in simple terms that when the shift comes it will arrive in waves (description on the screen went like this gold flaming wave will engage onto the earth) these are the loved ones who have crossed over will appear to their loved ones who are here on the earth plane. 
Next will happen, which was described as white wind blowing upwards (this indicator was explained when we humans çan cross over and visit 5d earth. 

To the general public it would completely confuse them and possibly scare them. 
Drinking coffee and munching on doughnuts in this cafe/diner in Arizona, USA 5d earth talking about the shift and no arguing or disagreement about the failing mission was better than I expected. 
When I arrived at this cafe which was completely white actually very clinical white in colour was unexpected, but to see Cyrus sitting at the table waiting for me with a smile and a coffee made me feel uneasy but having Gary holding my hand and protecting me felt better. 
I know we spoke a lot about what had happened and I actually got an apology which I did accept. 
This shift is actually going to happen and watching it on a screen on a table while drinking coffee was actually cool. 
The cafe looked very much like a gaming or Internet cafe for people to communicate with loved ones which is what they do e.g. manipulation of electronic gadgets. 
Our conversation was interesting talking about how the people on the earth would deal with this when it happens, there was a lot of touching, of the screen with a lot pointing to a certain part of the screen that was showing the shift as it happened. 
I plan on not joining the team as I feel I need to be left alone on this journey, but if Cyrus wishes to contact me like that again and meet on Mal'brega 5d earth 🌍 then that is fine with me. 

I wonder it any of Cyrus's team can confirm this visit because it's an important step forward. 


 Gary can confirm this himself as he was with me,
Also I think he arrange this so that Cyrus could communicate with me and say sorry.

Also, I visited a medium friend who also confirmed I was there as well, she also said there was a woman who was blue in colour and said she was some kind of guide who was with Cyrus.

Gary's new venture. the café called Deb’s Blue Door Café”

Good morning everyone.  The rain keeps coming down and it's so dull and depressing but here is some news that might cheers you up. Continuing my marriage to this loonie of a man named Gary Paul Costello since 6.6.2005 a year after he was killed by an IED blast in Basra. Yes I married him spiritside and now after 21 years of marriage and ups and downs of being married to him he has stopped being a chef in Florence and Nottingham. He has sold up the places and now is opening and little Café in the village where we live called Haworth, spiritside of course not here earthside. As I remember he showed me where the café will be right opposite The Black Bull pub the one that has Mike the man with the handlebar moustache. Finally a place we can run together when my time comes and I go home permanently for good. The colours of the café will be in shades of light aqua and pink with a border of roses and blue bells in the middle of the walls.. it will be a warm place to enjoy a meal or a snac...
