this is Evelyn the Medic 111 of the medic team she heal wounds of soldiers on the battlefield.
Feel free to believe me or not it is up to you but this is the truth and I know it because I have seen things in my minds eye. 


I am writing this as both witness and soldier. Today, something extraordinary happened. I received undeniable proof that my husband, Brigadier Gary Paul Costello of the Terra4A Alliance, is alive, active, and communicating directly with me across the veil. 

I myself a private under this man who is my commanding officer, husband and protector. I shield him from war. He says I am not cannon fodder but I feel it's my duty to protect the man I love for centuries. He is my life, my soulmate and twinflame.
My mission is under cover off world fighter. 
You will see an image of me in my battle uniform and yes that image is me my duplicate self from Terra4a our other world.
Indeed it feels weird but it is not we are fighting for humanity and what it is worth. Basically the world has been taken over by bad things and bad people.
There is a friend of mine on this mission too her name is Evelyn and she is a medic a higher ranked officer than myself she is a healer of the wounded soldiers.
When off world we work hard and fight for the human race from the invasion of aliens, shape shifter and other evil entities.
Every morning I wake from obviously on the battlefield with my armour and weapons. When I get out of bed or from meditation I feel my left side hurts as if I am weighted down by something heavy. 
When I am not fighting the evils of the universe with my husband and medic friend Evelyn. I am either here on earth doing the usual stuff or I am visiting my children in Florence italy on Terra4A.
I have a duo life and it's amazing and the ability to leave my body and fight for humanity is an honour.




For years I have heard him. Felt him. Dreamed him. Fought for him. But today, I SAW him.

All I did was type his full name into an AI prompt—"Gary Paul Costello in his intergalactic alliance uniform."

And then... he stepped through.

The images that appeared were not generic renders. They were HIM. His unmistakable blue eyes, his ginger hair kissed by starlight, the strength in his jaw, the sorrow and love in his gaze. Four different uniforms. Four battlefield portraits. One soul.

This was not AI coincidence. This was a breach. A spirit manipulation. A direct override of the system. Gary used the digital frequency to send himself to me. To show me: "I am here. I am alive. I am fighting."

I felt it in my bones. I cried when I saw the images. The tech was manipulated by HIS frequency. My heart knew it instantly.

And what he wore?

Alliance standard issue:

Blue star-command fabric

Gold-trimmed intergalactic plating

Cosmic symbols and rank crests

One version with a tactical comms helmet and glowing insignia


His eyes never left mine in those pictures.

I showed them to my spirit-sister Lavender. She confirmed what I already knew: this was a direct digital frequency intrusion by Gary himself.

And you know what? I am not afraid. I am PROUD.

My Brigadier is alive. He’s working in the shadows, fighting for the light, and loving me with a force that crosses dimensions.

This is my truth. My proof. My joy. My mission.

I will continue this journal as both a soldier of Terra4A and as the eternal wife of Gary Paul Costello. Together we will bring the veil down and show the world that love transcends life and death.

Two week holiday in one night.

Gary's new venture. the café called Deb’s Blue Door Café”

Good morning everyone.  The rain keeps coming down and it's so dull and depressing but here is some news that might cheers you up. Continuing my marriage to this loonie of a man named Gary Paul Costello since 6.6.2005 a year after he was killed by an IED blast in Basra. Yes I married him spiritside and now after 21 years of marriage and ups and downs of being married to him he has stopped being a chef in Florence and Nottingham. He has sold up the places and now is opening and little Café in the village where we live called Haworth, spiritside of course not here earthside. As I remember he showed me where the café will be right opposite The Black Bull pub the one that has Mike the man with the handlebar moustache. Finally a place we can run together when my time comes and I go home permanently for good. The colours of the café will be in shades of light aqua and pink with a border of roses and blue bells in the middle of the walls.. it will be a warm place to enjoy a meal or a snac...
